Waterview Residence:

The colour blue connects old with new in this timeless family Villa

Waterview Residence was designed to meet the future needs of a growing family while maintaining a sense of adult sophistication. Frequent use of the client's favourite colour – blue – was a timeless way to add character to this contemporary home.

"Kate’s input took our project from a standard renovation to an amazing family home that truly feels like us. She provided insights and suggestions that elevated the new rooms without feeling out of character with the existing spaces."

— Emma + Jack, Waterview Residents

We helped this client… connect old with new:

For Places & Graces, this project started once the renovation plans had been established, and our client was starting the daunting process of detailed design decisions. We began by establishing a creative vision and a spatial plan incorporating all the beautiful things the family owned. Then we developed the new areas, focusing on the kitchen and ensuite, colours, and carpet – followed by finishing touches – lighting, linens and art placement.
