Let’s start with some one-on-one time – you, us and your space
First we need to get to know your home. Who lives there? What works and what doesn't about the space(s)? What are your dreams and aspirations for your home and your lifestyle? What’s your budget and timeframe? We ask lots of questions, take photos, sit and stand in different spots, open cupboards, stare out the window – and generally ponder in your space.
After our consult, we provide you with a written report :
For clients who need help preparing a property for sale, our report will focus on suggestions for immediate improvements and a proposal for our property styling services. (*If you choose to use Places & Graces to style your property for sale, your consult fee is refunded).
If we're embarking on a longer design journey together, our report will be a reverse brief – our understanding of the project, timeline, budget, and deliverables.
We charge for this initial meeting because we value time – both yours and ours – and we promise to leave you with insights and suggestions you can immediately put into action.
** Consults are $295 eXcluding GST and take 1-2 hours **
We can provide consults outside Auckland by phone, or with enough notice, in person.
